Who we are

Behind this service is a married couple from Budva — Andrija and his wife, Valentina Aleksić — combining deep local knowledge with an international understanding of what foreign guests expect.

· Andrija: Born and raised in Budva, a professional photographer with 16+ years of experience working with tourists, hotels, and private accommodation.

· Valentina: Born in Rostov-on-Don and educated in Russia’s cultural capital, Saint Petersburg. She understands what matters most to guests from Russia, Ukraine, and other countries in the region.

Together, we’ve been managing rental units — apartments, houses, and villas — for over 15 years, with excellent reviews and high occupancy throughout the season.
